We commit to flexible access for clients who face busy and difficult schedules. We carefully manage incoming engagements to ensure our current clients receive our full attention and focus.

In order to maintain the high caliber of RIO services, we occasionally decline clients and engagements that aren’t consistent with our focus or our client profile. However, we are happy to provide referrals to other well-qualified firms.

We respect the privacy of clients and do not list them or their firms on this site. However, when appropriate, we are happy to provide written testimonials and references from past and current engagements to prospective clients. We also occasionally arrange for prospective clients to talk to actual clients when helpful.
