Laura Nichol, founder of the firm, works with Boards, CEOs and executive teams to implement growth strategies. She serves as thought partner and advisor to a broad network of successful leaders in a wide variety of industries.
Laura brings an extensive background in business leadership, a unique investment approach to building organizational capacity and a disciplined exploration of possibility to each engagement. Her work is shaped by her training as a banker and almost 20 years in corporate roles. On the senior leadership team at American General Financial Group and as senior human resources executive at Chase Bank of Texas she led successful implementation of strategic growth by working with leadership to shift organizational culture. Laura continually develops ideas for her clients through intense study with masters in the field of economics, neuroscience, forecasting and group dynamics.
Laura is is currently serving as Chair of the Board of Visitors at Duke Divinity School, Chair of the Board of Hope and Healing Institute & Center, Board member of the Fifth Ward Redevelopment Corporation and the Tri-Cities Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Laura is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
